The base monthly service fee at The Embassy includes priority access to a full continuum of health care, scheduled transportation, all apartment maintenance (including repair and replacement of appliances), gas utility, trash removal, access to wireless internet, valet parking, concierge services, 24-hour on-site security, all social and entertainment activities, continental breakfast, and on-site post office mailboxes. These services also are available to the second occupant of an apartment and without charge.

Each resident of The Embassy may add 30 dinner entrée menus to the monthly service fee for $200 per month. If on-call private car transportation services are desired, residents may add this service to the monthly service fee for $200 per month. The second person in each apartment may purchase the private car transportation for $100 per month. Bi-weekly apartment housekeeping may be obtained for $100.
