Prices

The base monthly service fee at The Embassy includes priority access to a full continum of health care, scheduled transportation, all apartment maintenance (including repair and replacement of appliances), gas utility, trash removal, access to wireless internet, valet parking, concierge services, 24-hour on-site security, all social and entertainment activities, continental breakfast and on-site post office mailboxes. These services also are available to the second occupent of an apartment for a nominal fee.

For an additional charge, each resident of The Embassy may also choose a variety of meal packages and on-call private care transportation services.
