Continuum of Care

The Embassy is part of Asbury Heights, a continuing care community that offers personal care, nursing and rehabilitative care and Alzheimer’s care all on one campus. Residents of The Embassy can rest easy knowing that they have priority access to Asbury’s high-quality health care if they need or want it.

For those who are able to remain independent but need an extra hand, Asbury presents the STAY program. An accronym for Support and Timely Attention for You, STAY nurses provide Asbury Heights and Embassy residents with in-home assistance including medication management, wound care and increased care during an illness or after a hospital stay.
